CHALLENGE ORGANIZER
Festipas is held and organized by Propulsion Technologies Inc.
2. DURATION OF THE CHALLENGE (the Competition)
The Challenge runs from August 14, 2023 at 12:00 AM (ET) to August 17, 2023 at 11:59 PM (ET) (hereinafter referred to as the “Challenge Duration”).
3. CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the competition, a person must:
•Be a resident of the province of Quebec;
•Have reached the age of majority, i.e. 18 years old at the time of participation in the competition •Be an employee of a client company of Propulsion Technologies Inc.
Employees, agents, directors, partners and representatives of Propulsion Technologies Inc., as well as all persons with whom they are domiciled, are excluded from the competition.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate in Festipas, a person must meet the eligibility requirements and other conditions set out in these regulations.
Participation in this competition is free for Propulsion Technologies customers and without obligation to purchase.
To participate in the challenge, an eligible participant must be employed by a company or organization that is a client of Propulsion Technologies Inc. at the time of the challenge. They must join the Festipas challenge in the ProPulsion application and participate for the entire duration of the challenge. By participating in the challenge, they agree to receive newsletters from Propulsion Technologies Inc. and to be contacted as part of the Festipas.
From the moment a person participates in the challenge, they are automatically eligible if the eligibility criteria are met.
The daily winner is announced the next day at 11am.
Example: Monday, August 14th winner is announced Tuesday, August 15th at 11am EST
5. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE
Participation in this competition gives you the chance to win the following prizes:
Daily prizes: gift cards from partners such as Sports Experts, Lululemon, Decathlon
Final Prize: A gift set worth over $500
6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE PRICE
The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cashable and non-assignable.
7. PROCESS
7.1. An eligible participant must have joined the challenge before the end date of the challenge, i.e. August 17, 2023
Every day and throughout the duration of the challenge, a winner will be randomly selected from all participants and will be announced the next day via the Propulsion newsletter. The winner will be contacted by email and will have 48 hours to accept the prize. In this case, another winner will be randomly selected.
7.2. Propulsion Technologies Inc. reserves the right to disqualify a person or cancel a participation that does not comply with these rules.
8. LIMITATION OF PARTICIPATION
Limit one entry per eligible entrant.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
9.1. To be declared a winner, the selected participant must meet the following other conditions:
The pedometer connected to the Propulsion app should automatically capture step data
Manual addition of steps is not eligible
If selected, the winner must send, by email, a screenshot of their tracking application with the steps taken
In order to offer chances to the greatest number of participants, a winner can only win once.
Be contacted by email by the Organizer to be informed of the terms of delivery of the prize within 48 business hours following the selection of the winner. The selected eligible participant must be contacted within a maximum of 2 attempts and will have 48 hours to contact the Organizer of the competition, if applicable, failing which he will lose his right to the prize;
Confirm that he meets the eligibility requirements and other requirements of this Regulation;
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions or to accept the prize will result in the randomly selected entrant being disqualified and a new winner being randomly selected in accordance with these rules, until an eligible entrant is declared the winner. If no entrant is declared the winner within thirty (30) days of the original winner being selected, the Organizer will have the right to cancel the prize.
9.2. Award of the prize
The products will be sent to the winner at the address provided by the winner or the winner may collect his prize at the Propulsion office according to his preference and the delivery will be fully paid by Propulsion technologies Inc.
9.3 Verification
Entries are subject to verification by the Contest Organizer. Any entry or attempted entry that is, as the case may be, fraudulent, illegible, incomplete, received late or otherwise not in compliance with the Rules will be rejected and will not be eligible for a prize. The Contest Organizer's decision with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including, without limitation, the eligibility or disqualification of entries, will be final and without appeal.
9.4. Disqualification
The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a person or cancel a person's participation if he or she enters or attempts to enter this contest using a means that is contrary to these rules or that is likely to be unfair to other participants.
9.5. Acceptance of the price
The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may not under any circumstances be transferred to another person, except as otherwise provided, where applicable.
9.6. Limitation of liability – use of the prize
The prize winner releases the Contest Organizer, its employees, partners, agents and representatives from any liability for any damage, harm or loss that he or she may suffer as a result of accepting or using his or her prize.
Each selected participant acknowledges that from the moment he or she is informed of the terms of delivery of his or her prize, the execution of the obligations linked to the prize becomes the full and exclusive responsibility of the various suppliers of products and services.
9.7. Limitation of liability – operation
The Contest Organizer, its employees, partners, agents and representatives disclaim any liability arising from the malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, relating to the loss or absence of network communication or relating to any faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or deleted transmission by any computer or network that could limit the ability of a person to participate in the contest or prevent them from doing so.
9.8. Limitation of liability – registration
The Contest Organizer, its employees, partners, agents and representatives disclaim any liability for any damage or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any Internet page or software and by the transmission of any information relating to participation in this contest.
9.9. Modification of the competition
The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, in whole or in part, this Contest in the event that an event or any human intervention occurs that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the Contest, as provided for in these Rules. In all cases, the Contest Organizer, its subsidiaries, its suppliers of products or services related to this Contest as well as its employees, partners, agents and representatives may not be required to award more prizes or to award one or more prizes otherwise than in accordance with these Rules.
9.10. Authorization
The prize winner authorizes the Contest Organizer and its representatives to use, if required, his or her name, photograph, image, voice, contact details, place of residence or a statement relating to their prize for publicity purposes, without any form of remuneration.
9.11. Price limit
In any event, the Organizer may not be required to award more prizes or to award a prize other than in accordance with these rules.
9.12. Limitation of liability – participation
The person who participates or attempts to participate in this competition releases from all liability the Organizer of the competition, its advertising and promotion agencies, its employees, partners, agents and representatives from any damage that he or she may suffer due to his or her participation or attempted participation in this competition.
