Via Apple Health
Open the Oura app on your iOS device. Go to the app menu or settings.
Look for the sync or health options. This might be under a menu called "Integrations", "Health" or something similar. Select the option to connect or sync with “Apple Health.”
Enable data sharing. A list of data types will appear, allowing you to choose what information to share between Oura and Apple Health. Select the data you want to sync (e.g. sleep data, physical activity, etc.).
Confirm the connection. You will be asked to authorize the Oura app to access your health data. Accept to finalize the connection.
Once this is set up, your Oura data should automatically sync with Apple Health, allowing you to see all your health and fitness information in one place.
Via Google Fit
Open the Oura app on your Android device. Go to the settings or menu section.
Select the option for Google Fit. In the integrations or health options section, find and select the option to connect or sync with Google Fit.
Allow data sharing. As with Apple Health, you will have the option to choose what data to share between Oura and Google Fit. Select the relevant data categories for synchronization.
Finalize the login process. Follow the on-screen instructions to allow the Oura app to access your Google Fit data. You may need to sign in to your Google account and authorize access.
After completing these steps, your Oura Ring data will begin to automatically sync with Google Fit, giving you an overview of your health and physical activity through the Google Fit app.
These instructions may vary slightly depending on specific versions of the Oura, Apple Health, and Google Fit apps. It is always recommended to check if you have the latest version of each application for smooth integration.
