I connected my Garmin, but my data is not synchronizing with the Propulsion application?

If you've connected your Garmin account to Propulsion but aren't seeing your activity data syncing, the issue can often be attributed to issues with data sharing permissions. When you first link your Garmin account to Propulsion, it is crucial to grant certain permissions so that Propulsion can access your Garmin information. Here is the procedure to follow to resolve this problem:


  1. Open the Garmin Connect app on your device.

  2. Go to Settings , then look for the option related to Permissions or Third-party applications .

  3. Select My Apps or a similar option to manage connected apps.

  4. Find Propulsion in the list of connected apps, select it, then opt for Remove access or Block access , depending on the available option, and confirm your choice.

  5. Return to the Propulsion application. In the settings, look for the Activity tracking device section or an equivalent option.

  6. Select Garmin , then make sure to select Allow All or a similar option to ensure all necessary data is shared. Finalize by clicking Accept or OK .
