Data from your Garmin device should appear in Propulsion shortly after syncing with the Garmin Connect app. Synchronization between your Garmin device and Garmin Connect typically occurs in real time or within an hour of an activity, provided the device is connected to the Internet.
After syncing your data with Garmin Connect, allow a few minutes for this information to be transferred and displayed in Propulsion. If your data is not visible in Propulsion after this time, check that:
Your Garmin device is successfully connected to the Internet and has successfully synced with Garmin Connect.
Propulsion has the necessary permissions to access data from Garmin Connect.
There are no technical issues with the Garmin Connect or Propulsion apps.
If you still have a problem, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Garmin device to Propulsion to reset the connection.
